Shipping policy

1. Processing Times Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

2. Domestic Shipping Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days via Australia Post or courier. Express Shipping: 1–2 business days via courier (calculated at checkout). You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

3. International Shipping We ship worldwide. Delivery times and fees vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please allow 7–21 business days for delivery, depending on customs and local postal services.

4. Shipping Costs Shipping charges are calculated based on your cart weight and delivery address. You can review final shipping costs at checkout before payment.

5. Free Standard Shipping Enjoy free Standard Shipping on domestic orders over AUD 100.

6. Delays & Exceptions While we do our best to meet estimated delivery windows, delays may occur due to weather events, customs inspections, or peak-season volumes. If your delivery is significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll investigate.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, email hello@basicsalonaccessories.com with your order number and photos (if damaged). We will work with our carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
